Training Period

(30 Days):  $16 per hour. 40 hour work week. Paid bi-weekly. 

Full-time:

$16-$18 per hour based on demonstrated commitment to the company’s success, with performance-based opportunities. 40 hour work week. Paid bi-weekly.

Growth Opportunity: 

This role offers the chance to grow into a Store Operator position, which includes a pay increase and the opportunity to earn equity in the business. Promotion is based on performance, leadership potential, and a demonstrated commitment to the company’s success.

Requirements: 

  • Able to pass background check
  • Professional and personal References
  • Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their packing and shipping needs.
  • Operate shipping and payment systems (e.g., PostalMate) to create accurate labels, process shipments and process payment. 
  • Manage and maintain mailbox rentals, including customer communication and renewals.
  • Perform additional services such as faxing, document shredding, and notary services (training or certification may be provided if needed).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Track inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols, particularly regarding mail and sensitive documents.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers for packaging, shipping methods, and other services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Oversight of the company’s social media accounts. 
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns to promote the business and its services. Suggest improvements for growth.
