1. Each recipient of mail must complete USPS form 1583.  Only completed forms are approved to receive mail and added to the mailbox. 
2. SHIP’N PLUS prints USPS form 1583 for each recipient to review and sign IN PERSON.
3. SHIP’N PLUS uploads form 1583, a primary photo ID and secondary form of ID (see the following) to the USPS CMRA Customer Registration Database. *
4. SHIP’N PLUS securely maintains copies on site under lock and key and 24/7 security surveillance.  

* Two forms of ID. One of which must be a photo ID. DL or Passport. Birth Certificates, Social Security Card, or Credit Cards are NOT accepted.

We offer two different sizes: small, and medium.  We also offer virtual mail options.

We will gladly store them in a secure location for you and notify you by email or text that you have a package waiting for you.

Yes!  It is sent via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and military mail networks.

Military mail is handled through the  Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office, and Diplomatic Post Office (APO/FPO/DPO) system.

The complete military address should follow this format:

• Rank/Name
• Unit/PSC (Postal Service Center) Number, Box Number
• APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office, or Diplomatic Post Office), followed by the ZIP Code

No, it does not, just come on in with your prepaid label on the properly packed box, and we will take care of the rest.  

Yes, single and books of stamps.  Check ahead of time as supplies may be limited. 

Documents unsigned by any party needing the notary and a photo ID for each person.

Certified Mail is a specialized USPS service that provides the sender with proof of mailing and delivery. 

Certified Mail is only available for First-Class Mail and Priority Mail services in a First-Class Mail letter, flat, or package.
