Getting started:

  • Complete the short service agreement and contact form.
  • Pay the $149 annual fee.
  • Submit the Registered Agent change through the Nevada Secretary of State.
  • We verify that SHIP’N PLUS appears on your Nevada business record.
  • You receive an activation confirmation.
  • Tell us promptly if your email, phone number, forwarding address or authorized contact changes. Legal deadlines may begin when documents are delivered to us, so current contact information is essential.
