SHIP’N PLUS IS HIRING

Amazon Hub Delivery Associate

SHIP’N PLUS is an Amazon Hub Delivery Partner, receiving and sorting Amazon packages at our Henderson store for local residential delivery.

We’re looking for dependable Delivery Associates to pick up prepared packages from SHIP’N PLUS and complete local routes using their own vehicle and the Amazon delivery app.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Typically 60–70 packages per route
• Approximately 1.5–3 hours
• Primarily residential deliveries
• Flexible afternoon/evening availability
• Approximately $40–$50 per completed route
• Mileage included
• Paid weekly
• Potential for additional routes and earning opportunities based on reliability and performance
• Applicable Amazon delivery insurance protections, subject to Amazon eligibility and policy terms

Our customers—and our operation—depend on you showing up when you say you will.

Delivery Associates who consistently show up, communicate and complete their routes responsibly receive priority for additional delivery opportunities as they become available, including the potential for routes originating from other participating locations.

CUSTOMER INTERACTION IS LIMITED. OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE NOT.

Most deliveries involve placing a package safely at a residence, confirming delivery in the Amazon app and moving to the next stop.

When customer interaction does occur, you represent SHIP’N PLUS and Amazon in our community.

We expect you to be friendly, respectful, calm and professional. Handle packages carefully, respect customers and their property, follow delivery instructions and communicate when something doesn’t look right.

You don’t need to be outgoing. You do need to be someone we’d be comfortable sending to our own neighborhood.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is active outdoor work. You should be comfortable repeatedly entering and exiting your vehicle, walking packages to residences and working outdoors in seasonal Las Vegas temperatures, including summer heat.

Most packages are relatively lightweight, but sizes and weights vary. Amazon requires DAs to safely lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

A typical route consists primarily of lighter packages but may include approximately 3–5 heavier or larger packages requiring additional care when loading and delivering.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery
• Smartphone
• Valid driver’s license
• Required automobile insurance
• Ability to safely handle packages
• Afternoon/evening availability
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Successful completion of Amazon’s required onboarding and background screening

Prior delivery experience is helpful, but reliability, judgment and attitude matter more.
